Business
Licensing Electronic Support System (BLESS) was
first introduced in 2007 & launched by Tun
Abdullah, then the Prime Minister in 2008. It is
now renamed as MBLS (Malaysia Business Licensing
System) & make it even more user friendly; to
benefit & encourage more participation from the
private sector. The launch was on 26-05-2011 by
Dato Seri Noh Omar.
